Hard water is a silent
heater killer.
Spokane-area water can run hard—minerals that taste fine in a glass but leave scale on heaters, jets, and shells when left alone.
Our spa maintenance guidance uses scale preventatives suited to local mineral profiles. For pools, we educate you on balancing in-store—plus a free water test any time you want a second opinion.

Brian at Steam Oasis was a wealth of knowledge and support as we went on our suana journey. A true resource as we explored suana's and hot tubs, Brian went above and beyond.

Bought our hot tub from Steam Oasis and couldn't be happier. Brian was great to work with — communication was clear from the first conversation all the way through delivery and startup, and he never made us feel pressured. Pricing was straightforward and easy to understand, which honestly made the whole thing enjoyable instead of stressful. We love the tub and it's already become the best part of our evenings. If you're shopping for a hot tub in Spokane, go see Brian.

About us
Spas should lower stress—
not add to it.
We're a Spokane crew that believes hot tubs should be straightforward. For backyard pools, we educate you on balancing and maintenance in the office; for hot tubs, we help with service and care. Ask us anything: chemistry, parts, warranty, or what to do when the tub you inherited won't behave.
